Working on my next exhibition which will be held in Peru on the 13th of March…
I just came across this old polaroid that was taken when I was working in the Alexander McQueen studio on this hand painted helmet inspired on the Japanese painting “The Great Wave” by Hokusai and chinese tattoos.
This was one of the showpieces for the Spring Summer 2005 collection…

Feeling a little bit nostalgic. I just wanted to share one of the happiest and proudest moments of my life. When I went to see the Prada Flagship store in NYC with my wallpaper. It was a fun experience because they opened the shop a little earlier so that I may take some pictures with my work. For a dreamy moment I felt as if the space was mine.

October 9th, The World of Fashion event, Dubai.
Hosted by Harpers Bazaar Arabia
I will be heading off to Dubai to take part in the judging process for this year’s Harper’s Bazaar Illustrator of the Year competition. I will also conduct an illustrators masterclass and finally create a live illustration on a large canvas in front of an audience.
Come and check it out if you are arround! x
While staying in the US, working on the 9 portraits for certain brand which I will disclose soon. The images were based on their Autumn/Winter 2011–2012 campaign. Here is a sneak peek… (shh)
Os Gallery, June 17th.
My most recent exhibition was based on some of my favorite fashion photographs and models.
I did a collection of 11 paintings using watercolor, ink and gouache.
We were celebrating Metal Magazine‘s 5th anniversary. It was hosted by my good friends Priscilla and Andrea Franco. The bubbly was a courtesy of Freixenet. I was lucky to have several friends supporting and participating in the event. There was a special Prada display and the beautiful light installation by Love Bailey and Tim Sujlian. AJ English was in charge of the kick ass music. It was a dream!
I want to thank everybody who made this possible:
Teun Bart, Geronimo Balloons, Ivan Garcia, Diana Lado, Ian Miyawaki, Yolanda Muelas, Miquel Polidano, Carlos Ramirez, Juan Diego Rodríguez, Alessio Vanetti, Curly Vee and many more…
